Playfair 5-Year Inspection Fundraiser

Your contribution help's ensure we can keep Playfair sailing!

This winter, Brigs is undertaking Playfair's 5-Year haul out and Transport Canada inspection.

 It's a substantial task involving various aspects such as steelwork, electrical, plumbing, interior, and rig upgrades.

One of the primary objectives of the project is to conduct an ultrasound examination of Playfair's hull. This process is aimed at identifying any areas where the steel might be thinning. If necessary, we will replace sections of the hull to maintain the ship's structural integrity.
