MOTIONS

1. The board of directors of Toronto Brigantine Inc wish to update the membership on the ongoing Hamilton transition and take questions on the process.
2. The board of directors of Toronto Brigantine Inc motion that the organisations' membership system is restructured to incorporate:
   1. Free membership for current wardroom officers.
   2. Free membership for graduates of the wardroom, extending for 2 years from their final year on board.
   3. Free membership for those under 25.
   4. For all other members, a single administration application fee of $25 annually.
   5. The introduction of a basic application process for new (not renewing) members, focused on ensuring members share the values and mission of the organisation.
   6. Life and honorary memberships will remain as is.
   7. The formation of a Membership Committee to assess and process membership applications, as well as maintain communication with members and organise members events.
3. The board of directors of Toronto Brigantine Inc motion the formal name of the organisation is changed to Brigs Youth Sail Training Ltd, registered in Ontario and with all other properties and structure remaining as they are.
