Trip Description

Finish out the summer in the most epic way and roll into the next school year tanned and proud of yourself. Heading out from Kincardine, we’ll set sail to head south towards the mouth of the St. Clair river. After a few days out on the open lake with a few stops at ports along the eastern coast, we’ll take on the St. Clair river.

Learn to navigate the seaway as we pass below impressive illuminated bridges and salute the cargo ships that pass us by. Finally as we exit the Detroit River - our sights set on the quaint town of Port Colborne, home of our favorite pie shop.

Join us as a Trainee 

As a Trainee, no previous experience is required- the youth officers of TS Playfair will teach you everything you need to know.

To join summer youth courses, trainees:

• Must be 13 to 18 years of age*
• Must be comfortable in and around the water.
• Must be physically and mentally able to participate safely.
