Operating sail training programs since 1963, Brigs can deliver a range of experiences which challenge youth and adults alike to learn new skills, build confidence, work as a team and have an adventure!

By booking TS Playfair on one of our Group rates you will experience life on a Tall Ship. From the time you set foot on board, you will be a working member of the vessel's crew: standing watch, handling sail, steering the ship and living on board.

• Brigs Youth Sail Training is a charitable organisation whose mission is to provide young people with life-changing opportunities via the medium of sail training. Our youth rates are subsidized by fundraising and donations below what it really costs to operate the vessel. Our adult rates are higher, with the additional cost subsidising experiences for underprivileged youth via our Pathfinder Access Fund.

• For youth group bookings, a male and female adult supervisor are required to be with the group for the duration of the experience if it is a co-ed booking.

• The above prices include vessel hire, crew, food, safety equipment and training.

• Transportation to/from the vessel is not included. Please contact us to discuss options.
